Product Security & Cyber Resilience
Opticon is fully committed to product security and strictly aligned with the Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 also known as EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Opticon provides transparency regarding product security and the support period for our products with digital elements.
1. Security Updates & Support Lifecycle
Opticon will provide free security and firmware updates for a period of at least 5 years after making available the product for the 1st time on the European Union (EU) market.
2. Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD)
Should you identify a potential security flaw or vulnerability in our products, please contact our Product Security Incident Response Team: psirt@opticon.com
