All Opticon’s products come with a standard 2-year product warranty. For information about extended warranty packages, contact your local representative.
To maintain your existing product warranty, use only Opticon Repair Service for product repairs.
Warranty and non-warranty repair services are provided by Opticon. The experts in our repair department enable us to deliver optimal support and repair. To request repair services, fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form. For our United States and Canadian customers, please go to the RMA USA website.
