Product Security & Cyber Resilience

Opticon is fully committed to product security and strictly aligned with the Regulation (EU)
2024/2847 also known as EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Opticon provides transparency
regarding product security and the support period for our products with digital elements.

1. Security Updates & Support Lifecycle

Opticon will provide free security and firmware updates for a period of at least 5 years after
making available the product for the 1st time on the European Union (EU) market.

2. Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD)

Should you identify a potential security flaw or vulnerability in our products, please contact our Product Security Incident Response Team:

3. Secure Information Exchange (PGP)

To confirm that a file published by us is authentic and has not been altered, verify its detached
signature (.sig) using Opto’s public PGP key.
This key is used for signing only and cannot be used to encrypt messages.
