When you access, read or process this information provided to you by Opticon, you explicitly accept the contents of the disclaimer in full. Summarised: (i) you agree and are aware that all intellectual property rights included in the documentation are exclusively owned by Opticon and you will not infringe those rights in any way; (ii) you will keep all documentation provided strictly confidential, will not disclose this to any third party and will only use this for the purpose it is strictly intended for; and (iii) you are aware that for any breach of the above conditions you will be obliged to pay a penalty fee of € 25,000 and in addition any damages caused to Opticon and/or its affiliates.
